John LYNN – FAIBF, JP – Founding Co-Director
19 December 1940 to 29 December 2005
John was a founding Co-Director of Estate Administration Services (WA) for almost 10 years. For more than 20 years he was a mentor and dear friend
John was a former Banker having spent 30 years with the ANZ Banking Group and 5 years as General Manager (Corporate Banking) for the Industrial Bank of Japan in Australia. He was a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance having obtained his Accounting Degree through the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
His early bank training enabled him to assist with the administration of deceased estates in a number of States thereby allowing a natural transition to the work involved through EAS (WA).
John assisted in providing administration service to Executors and Administrators through professional advice and a listening ear. John was instrumental in developing EAS into the company it has become today. Always remembered, sadly missed.
We believe passionately in the philosophy of personal service to families. As a legacy our aim is to continue this philosophy.
Joan BOWEY – Director and Consultant
Joan has been an Administrator and Secretary for many years. Her experience working in several countries bring a broad view of cultural differences. She has been the proprietor of a successful Administrative Services Company providing “mobile” administrative and bookkeeping services.
Since its inception Joan has been responsible for the Administration of EAS (WA). She acts as a Consultant in providing administrative services to Executors and Administrators.
Joan assists in conducting seminars for estate planning administration and co-ordinates the support team to assist with Estates.
Tammy BIJA – Director and Administrator
Tammy is responsible for ensuring all administrative records are maintained and followed up on behalf of the Executors and Administrators of an Estate. She provides a support role to Joan Bowey in all aspects of file management.
Tammy has a background as a Secretary to the General Manager of a major corporate office in Perth. She has worked in deceased estate management since 1997 and has also worked as a Paralegal for a busy legal firm in Perth.
EAS (WA) has a panel of legal firms providing the technical support necessary to wind up a deceased estate. Whilst we recommend that our clients avail themselves of the co-ordinated approach, Executors and Administrators have the final say as to whether other firms are used or not.
Estate Administration Services (WA) Pty Ltd is not a trustee corporation nor do we practice the profession of the law or hold ourselves out as being entitled to practice the profession of the law.
